This is music I made for the game Gunlock as part of a collaboration with Aleks Kuzmanovic. Aleks and I discussed styles quite a bit. Aleks was feeling something kind of dance-y but chiptune-ish, like "Super-Hexagon" for the game. I thought it'd be cool to make it a bit funkier and incorporate some spaghetti western elements. The music ended up falling into this sort of bumping chiptune-electro style with a hint of "the good the bad and the ugly." Unfortunately, the game didn't end up getting much traction, but if you find yourself here enjoying the soundtrack, cheers!

About the game:

Gunlock is a fast paced score chasing action arcade platformer with over a dozen unlockable guns, several bosses, and many secrets. Perfect for playing in short 5-minute sessions, yet has enough content to entertain for several hours.
